Abstract

Rosai–Dorfmann disease is a lymphoproliferative disorder of male predominance that rarely involves the central nervous system. Scanty citations of RD involving isolated cranial and spinal compartments of central nervous system are noted in the literature, combined involvement of the two being extremely rare. Extensive involvement of both compartments in a female child is highlighted in this case report with a short review of the available literature.
