Abstract
下颌第一磨牙的根管系统形态复杂多样，其牙根数目及形态均可能发生较大变异。本文报道的1例多根管患者双侧下颌第一磨牙均存在远中中央根管，且右下第一磨牙近中根同时存在低分叉的Ⅴ型根管。患牙治疗过程中，结合锥形束CT影像学、牙科显微镜、超声治疗仪等辅助手段，完成了多根管的根管治疗及患牙冠部修复，术后18个月复查效果良好。.
