Abstract
International motor transportation in Russia is analyzed. The main directions of cargo transportation, environmental requirements for rolling stock, rules of vehicle admission for transportation under customs seals, peculiarities of vehicle inspection for international transportation for multilateral approvals, and certificate issuance of roadworthiness are studied. The market of rolling stock for international road transportation is described, along with limits on dimensions, total weight and thrust capacity of motor vehicles according to standards of the European Community.
