Abstract
Microvascular abnormalities,as a characteristic feature of psoriasis, play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Vascular factors can be classified into angiogenic factors and angiogenic inhibitors by action mechanisms, and the balance between them determines the stability of blood vessels.Studies have shown that keratinocytes in lesional skin are a major source of angiogenesis factor in psoriasis.Angiogenesis factors have the ability to induce angiogenesis, and neovessels in turn provide nutrition to hyperplastic keratinocytes and promote migration of inflammatory cells.Exploring the role of angiogenesis factors in psoriasis may provide new ideas for the treatment of psoriasis. Key words: Psoriasis; Angiogenesis inducing agents; Blood vessels
