Introduction

Leiomyoma Uteri or Fibroid uterus is common benign tumours. They can present as asymptomatic in 2/3rd of cases and with symptoms in 1/3rd of cases. Mode of treatment depends upon many factors e.g., age, fertility wishes, symptoms, size and location. Role of SPRMs to Reduce Size of Fibroid Preoperatively and Long Term Medical Management
