Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine the clinical features of the tremor syndrome. 72 patients with Parkinson's disease and 26 patients with essential tremor were examined. Disease diagnosis is based on the 2017 Movement Disorder Society (MDS) criteria. Along with standard neurological examination and neuroimaging, clinical features of tremor were studied in patients. It was found that in 35% of cases with Parkinson's disease and essential tremor, the syndrome manifests itself in a combined form. Thus, the patients showed a combination of resting tremor, postural tremor and kinetic tremor. This creates certain difficulties. Therefore, in the presence of a combined manifestation of tremor, the determination of his leading type, its dynamic observation and the detection of other neurological syndromes accompanying tremor can help in the diagnosis of the disease.
