Abstract
Stress at work is a common problem with serious repercussions for both workers and organizations. This study examines the factors that contribute to workplace stress among employees and considers how spirituality and religion can help with stress management. It focuses on the Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Corporate Office in New Delhi. Findings show that workplace stressors include high workloads and interpersonal tensions. Religion and spirituality are helpful coping mechanisms that promote emotional stability, resilience, and conflict resolution. In order to improve employee well-being and productivity, this study highlights the necessity of cultural sensitivity in the workplace and suggests initiatives like stress management programs, flexible work schedules, and conflict resolution training.
