Abstract

The purpose of this study is testing the hypothesis whether there is a relationship between spiritual health of people and their level of improvement. Whether spiritual health of people can be measured based on the religious resources as a means? The present research studies this relationship among 62 mothers and fathers. To do this, a questionnaire of spiritual health features and motivations made of spiritual maturity was made and validated, then it was performed on sample group with personal questionnaire and behavioural invoice. After that, data were analysed with Pearson moment correlation ways and the results show that there is a positive meaningful relationship between spiritual maturity and religious motivations with psychological happiness and a negative meaningful relationship with behavioural problems in society. In this regard, it is attempted to make tool based on spiritual maturity to assess spiritual health of society. Moreover, spiritual health shows that lifestyle of depressed people will be changed with spiritual and religious features practice.
