Abstract

The present research has been initiated in the backdrop of Covid-19 Pandemic and henceforth, acknowledges the everlasting impact of the disease followed by global lockdown on various sectors of economy. Backbone of every economy, the education sector especially, the teaching fraternity has experienced its own share of challenges amidst the pandemic owing to complete lockdown of educational machinery. The research study presents the positive perspectives of human flourishing (a concept of positive psychology) which surfaced with rising importance being attached to self-branding of teachers, digital well-being skills and academic resilience as the “new age competency requirements" also termed as “blessing in disguise" as a result of dynamic educational transformations during corona times.
