Abstract
Introduction: Differentiation gallbladder cancer from cancer mimicking cholecystitis, such as xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis or IgG4 related cholecystitis is still challenging, and it is necessary for differentiation them for avoiding unnecessary radical resection in benign lesion or incomplete resection for cancer. We analyzed value of preoperative percutaneous needle biopsy for differentiation them.
