Abstract
Where many of countries had taken harsh steps and through their citizens out of their state and force them to be refugee of other country, to fulfill their own desire on the ground of political, religious and economical or any other issue. In this situation Nepal is the only country who not only gives those Bhutanese a permanent shelter but also gave them constitutional protection in all sphere of life.In this paper I am going to discuss about the role of Nepal in protection of the Bhutanese refugee and criticize the diplomatic role of Bhutan and also discuss the role of United Nations for the third party settlement.
