Abstract

With the broadly clinical application of unrelated cord blood transplantation(UCBT) and the development of detection technology, the effects of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) antibodies on the efficacy of UCBT have aroused widespread concern. In this paper, we review literatures on HLA antibodies in recent years, especially effect of donor specific HLA antibodies (DSA) on UCBT.
