Abstract

Information Technology (IT) has historically relied upon technical architectures and enterprise models when building new systems. Human-centered IT solutions focus on how people acquire and manipulate information. The information culture of an organization is a crucial element in the success of any IT project. Many companies are using IT in business process development.
