Abstract
There are currently five dry ports in Indonesia, one of which is the Cikarang Dry Port at Kota Jababeka in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. CDP was founded in 2010 with a total area of 200 hectares. Dry ports are ports on land and far from the sea and are used to monitor cargo, warehousing, storage and documentation of cargo that is then sent to seaports, so the development of dry ports is synonymous with the development of the logistics industry. Business effectiveness must be maintained and improved in order to survive and even develop, to provide the best service to the community, and to improve the country's economy. The research objective is to examine the role of employee agility for the effectiveness and agility of the company's SI infrastructure as a moderating variable. This research approach is quantitative when data is collected by distributing questionnaires to dry port staff and analyzed using SPSS software. This study enriches previous research related to organizational and industrial effectiveness, especially the Indonesia Dry Port Firm's in understanding the role of employee agility and agile IS infrastructure. The research results prove that employee agility has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the dry port companies and that the agile IS infrastructure does not diminish the relationship between the agility of the employees and the effectiveness of the dry port companies.
