Abstract
组成型雄烷受体(Constitutive Androstane Receptor,CAR)是生物体内重要的核受体分子.CAR主要在肝脏和肠组织中表达,在药物代谢的表达调节过程中发挥重要作用[1].大量研究表明,CAR有促进肝细胞增殖的作用,长期激活CAR可引起肝肿大,甚至肝癌的发生[2]。
