Abstract

Serum citric acid and ceruloplasminactivity were determined in one case of Wilson's disease and another of acute copper poisoning in man. Elevation of citric acid and loss of ceruloplasmin activity were noted in both cases. In the case of copper poisoning, citrate and ceruloplasmin content of serum returned to normal levels after 5 days of BAL treatment Serum citric acid and ceruloplasminactivity were determined in one case of Wilson's disease and another of acute copper poisoning in man.
