Abstract

The thorough implementation of the cadastre and removal of the shortfalls existing therein and, especially, the creation of a legal mandate in favor of the proper cadastre system’s execution would play a very effective role in compelling the veneration of citizenship rights in the private law within the urban community as well as human rights in the general law within the international community. Considering the fact that the exact placement of cadastre in the country and the delimitation of the counties’ borders would seminally cause the discrepancies to be reduced to a minimum and, secondly, other individuals or governments would be prevented from abusing and invading the borders of the adjacent and neighboring persons and countries through the specification of a legal mandate in this regard.
