Abstract

Objective To explore the role of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by pathology, bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization, after the operation, according to the specific situation, and then select the operation, chemical ablation and radiofrequency ablation, radiotherapy. Results In 78 cases, after bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization, 9 cases had operation excision, 9 cases had radiofrequency ablation, 36 cases had postoperative radiotherapy; 15 cases were with recurrence and had bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization, 9 cases had single pure perfusion chemotherapy embolism. Conclusions The treatment of lung cancer should take comprehensive treatment, comprehensive analysis, establish the individual treatment, in the most beneficial to patients as the starting point, bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization plays a very important role in the treatment of lung cancer, and provides opportunities and possibilities to surgical operation, radiotherapy, chemical ablation and radiofrequency ablation.
