Rhinal obstruction is categorized as a typical symptom experienced by patients daily or on most days during the worst month for rhinal allergies. Patients and health professionals have pointed out that rhinal obstruction is a very irritating sign of AR. Asthma has been identified in 20% of patients with AR. AR upsets between 10% and 30% of adults and more than 40% of children globally. It adversely influences patients’ QoL, school/work accomplishments, and social interaction. It also leads to economic pressure. Communicating is an action of conveying information from one individual or party to another, orally, in writing or nonverbally. All of these demand special skills. If AR sufferers’ rhinal signs are not managed, they can experience complications throughout school as a consequence of daytime exhaustion. Seasonal AR could be linked with a diminished capability to learn. It was reported that AR might adversely influence the social communication abilities of the patients. In this chapter, role of allergic rhinitis in personal communication is discussed.
