Abstract
i. Direct Service-treatment in collaboration with other professional groups, particularly doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses; 2. Administration-social workers can become administrators in their own department and, on occasion, attain top level posts in the organization; 3. Study-opportunities for in-service study of subjects related to the area of competency of other professionals; and, 4. Teaching-social workers can participate in training persons from other professional groups for social work and other social-psychological treatment.
