Abstract
The roentgenologic findings in one case of culture-verified and 4 cases of unverified but suspected BCG osteomyelitis are reported. There are no specific roentgenologic characteristics of these forms of osteomyelitis, compared with those of ordinary human tuberculosis and osteomyelitis, but the possibility of this condition should be considered when making a differential diagnosis of an osteolytic process in a child who has been vaccinated less than three years previously. The lesions may be multiple.
