Abstract
A rocket line immunoelectrophoretic assay (RLIE) was developed for the simultaneous quantification of viral antigens and antiviral antibodies of the important mink parvovirus, Aleutian disease virus (ADV). The sensitivity of the RLIE assay was found to be 5 log 2 higher than that of the counter current immunoelectrophoresis which is the assay routinely used for diagnostic purposes.
