Abstract
Developments in supply chain management have dramatically increased within the past few years to cover a wide range of cross-disciplinary topics that have utilized a number of heuristic analyses and quantitative modeling tools. With significant developments in both technologies and business marketing environments, a service system is required that can work optimally even under complex, globalised supply chain environments. In order to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) run global businesses dynamically and economically, this research proposes a novel robust enterprise supply chain services framework (RESCSF) that considers risk and financial management in corporations' governance. Following this, a new robust supply chain services system (RSCSS) is set up by combining six-core management services modules and robust optimization modeling. The six-core management services modules include risk management to deal with uncertainties, together with the five management service modules of knowledge management, data management, task management, information management, and communication management [26, 27]. Arobust optimization modeling approach is applied to the supply chain services system to combine the function of optimally running the whole supply chain process while managing uncertainties. With integration of the six-core management services modules and robust optimization modeling, this new RSCSS will assist in supporting optimal and stable operations in the supply chains of a wide range of enterprises.
