Abstract

A unified approach is proposed to deal with the delay-independent robust stability of both deterministic and stochastic multidelay large-scale systems with uncertainties. By using the Lyapunov functionals, the allowable bounds of structured and unstructured uncertainties which maintain the asymptotic stability of the systems are established. For the unstructured uncertain systems, the robustness bounds are obtained directly from the system matrices even without solving the Lyapunov equation. For the large-scale systems with stochastic disturbances, the robustness bounds of the intensities of the disturbances are also derived. An example is given to illustrate the results. >
