Abstract

AbstractThe control allocation with uncertain and nonlinear control effectiveness matrix is studied for an overactuated aircraft. For the nonlinear control effectiveness matrix with uncertainty, the robust nonlinear least squares scheme is adopted to track the problem that the three axis moments are distributed to the corresponding control surfaces. To show the effectiveness of the proposed robust nonlinear least squares control allocation method, a simulation for an overactuated aircraft is conducted. Results show that the robust nonlinear least squares control allocation is effective for uncertainty and nonlinearity in the control effectiveness matrix, the desired three-moment can be well tracked.KeywordsRobust control allocationLeast squaresAerospace control
