Abstract

Abstract
In this paper, we develop new stochastic orbit and clock error models for positioning, fault detection, and integrity monitoring over time. GPS and Galileo orbit and clock data are evaluated and ranging errors are analyzed and modeled over time. This work is intended for time-sequential safety-critical navigation systems including global navigation satellite systems (GNSSs) integrated with inertial navigation systems (INSs) and Kalman filter implementations of Advanced Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring (ARAIM).
