Abstract
A necessary and sufficient condition for solvability of the Lyapunov inequality for polytopic linear inclusions over the space of Minkowski functions of nonempty compact and convex sets that contain the origin as an interior point is derived. It is demonstrated that the introduced framework results in a nonconservative stability analysis of polytopic linear inclusions.
