Abstract

The paper studies stabilization of nonlinear impulsive control systems. A new asymptotic stability criterion is established by employing comparison methods. The result is then used to study the stabilization of unified chaotic systems via impulsive control. The numerical simulation results show the method is effective. In the paper, asymptotic stabilization and synchronization of unified chaotic system with linear and nonlinear uncertainties are studied. Based on stability theory of impulsive differential equation, some new criteria are obtained to ensure the robust stabilization and synchronization of the uncertain chaotic system via impulsive control. Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the results.
