Abstract

In this paper, we study a stabilization problem of a discrete-time uncertain system, when full state information is sent via limited capacity communication channels. We propose a stabilizing coder-controller scheme that requires data rate as low as possible, but still provides the asymptotic stability for a considered uncertain system. We provide sufficient conditions to guarantee the stability. Also, an admissible data rate can be calculated from those conditions.
