Abstract

In this paper, two separate methods for robust and invisible image watermarking are proposed in RGB color space. In the first method, gray scale of watermark is embedded on the blue color channel elements and in second method, the blue color channel elements of watermark are embedded on the blue color channel elements of host image. Then, Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is employed on the blue channel of the host image to retrieve the singular values and the watermark is embedded in these singular values. The performances of the methods are assessed using Normalized Correlation (NC) and Peak-Signal-to-Noise-Ratio (PSNR) measures.
