Abstract
This video demonstrates the technique of robotic transthoracic first rib resection and brachial plexus neurolysis for a young patient with neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. The advantages of this approach are demonstrated in this video and include outstanding exposure of the first rib without retraction of the neurovascular structures that serve the arm.
