Robots are now utilised in every field of research due to technological improvements; their capacity to execute accurate work without tiredness has led to their employment in dentistry. Early robots needed a human operator, but last decade robotic systems have grown quickly, and the most advanced medical robots can autonomously intervene with patients or monitor automatically. This article will introduce robotics in dental field about its function in implantology, the types of robotics now used in implantology, and its effects on implantology.
