Robotic Sacrocervicopexy with Synthetic Mesh for Advanced Uterine Prolapse

Abstract

Laparoscopic Sacrocervicopexy with polypropylene mesh is demonstrated using the da Vinci robotic system. The patient presented with symptomatic Stage II uterine prolapse and was not interested in conservative management with a vaginal pessary.
