Abstract

Laparoscopic Sacrocervicopexy with polypropylene mesh is demonstrated using the da Vinci robotic system. The patient presented with symptomatic Stage II uterine prolapse and was not interested in conservative management with a vaginal pessary. The procedure includes the following steps: 1. identification of the anatomic structures of the presacral space, 2. incision of the peritoneum and exposure of the anterior longitudinal ligament, 3. extension of the peritoneal incision to the cul-de-sac, 4.
