Abstract

<h3>Study Objective</h3> Demonstrate the safety and feasibility of a robotic approach to management of a cesarean scar ectopic concerning for molar pregnancy. <h3>Design</h3> Case presentation. <h3>Setting</h3> Tertiary Hospital Operating Room. <h3>Patients or Participants</h3> 38-yo G3P2012 at 8w5d by LMP with history of 1 prior cesarean section presenting with vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain. Ultrasound and MRI finding cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy concerning for molar pregnancy. <h3>Interventions</h3> Robotic assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy. <h3>Measurements and Main Results</h3> Perioperative outcomes of EBL and complications. EBL 100 cc with no post operative complications or need for transfusion. <h3>Conclusion</h3> Robotic approach is safe and feasible management of a cesarean scar ectopic concerning for molar pregnancy.
