Worldwide is a global provider of multimodal transportation services and logistics applications, operating through a network of branch offices in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Co. is a non‐asset based transportation provider that works with approximately 48,000 transportation companies worldwide. In addition to multimodal transportation services, Co. has two other logistics business lines; Sourcing, which is engaged in buying, selling and marketing fresh produce; and Information Services, which consists of its T‐Chek Systems, Inc. subsidiary, that provides various management and information services to motor carrier companies and to fuel distributors.
