Abstract
Robert Kilgour takes over Southern Cross homes Robert Kilgour, the original founder of Four Seasons Health Care, currently runs Renaissance Care, which is in a planned takeover of several former Southern Cross homes. Renaissance Care has owned and managed four care homes in Scotland since 2004 and is awaiting legal and registration processes for their takeover to go ahead. NRC asks Robert how he hopes to promote excellence in these homes.
