Abstract
The changing in road traffic mode of development, is one of the objectives to achieve dynamic operation of road network management and control. Solving the real-time monitoring of road network running technique is the key to dynamic management of road network. This paper first analyzes the road network operation and monitoring needs to be made aware of the basic network elements, such as road infrastructure, equipment, transport operating parameters, traffic incidents and road condition rating, etc.; and the use of digital neural network theory, proposed road network to run BP (back propagation) neural network monitoring model, the main parameters of network monitoring input - output model mapping. Finally, the paper will briefly introduce the national road network that is running monitoring system's fundamentals.
