Abstract
This article presents one of the ‘stable’ characters of the cycle of Nane Oca by Giuliano Scabia, the priest Don Ettore known as ‘il Parco’, whose evolution is outlined: from a fixed, flat character, a voice of order and negation in the first novels, to an open and inclusive character, willing to pacify, in the final Il lato oscuro di Nane Oca.
