Abstract

When manufacturing automobiles, a lot of automobile spare parts are needed, which gradually leads to the production of automobile spare parts, which is not manufactured by vehicle manufacturers, but completed by purchasing automobile spare parts, thus forming a supply chain. Therefore, it is particularly important to control the risk of automobile manufacturing supply chain, which is related to the success or failure of the whole supply chain. Based on the DM(data mining) technology, this paper studies the supply chain risk of automobile industry, and gives an early warning and prevention to the risk. Through the research and analysis, it can be found that whether the interval estimation of total assets turnover rate is compared with the industry value or the interval estimation of current assets turnover rate is compared with the industry value, all turnover indexes of automobile parts suppliers are higher than the industry average level, but there is a big gap from the industry excellent level. Spare parts suppliers will have a direct impact on automobile manufacturers, and if the situation is serious, it will also have an impact on the whole supply chain. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to identify the risks of suppliers, because risk identification can reduce the losses of enterprises to a certain extent and maximize the profits of enterprises.
