Abstract

With rapid development and thorough application of service outsourcing industry, in high-tech innovative enterprises, business types and country category concerning undertaking of service outsourcing projects have also appeared with booming trend, the attendant risks were diverse and multiple trend, make China’s outsourcing enterprises foreign service faces new opportunities and challenges. In order to reduce the international service outsourcing project risk, this paper based on the perspective of the contractors, risk early warning model is established by using analytic hierarchy process, and in a day of service outsourcing enterprises in China to carry out empirical research, using the factor comparison between building the hierarchical model, the layers of decomposition, obtained the actual results.
