Abstract

Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is associated with a 4 to 10 fold increase in stillbirth risk without intervention, prompting recommendations for antenatal assessment, ursodiol, and often preterm or early term delivery. Whether there remains an increased rate of stillbirth due to ICP using this management strategy is unknown.
