Abstract

Gestational age at delivery minimizing fetal and neonatal mortality in twin pregnancies seems to be 37 weeks of gestation. Our objective was to assess the so far unexplored association between gestational age at delivery and severe acute maternal morbidity (SAMM) in women with twin pregnancies.
