Russian Abstract: Рассмотрено страхование ответственности при реализации конкретных автодорожных проектов Владимирской области, финансируемых за счет бюджетных целевых программ, как основной способ управления риском. Определены значимые преимущества страхования в сравнении с другими методами снижения риска. Приведена авторская классификация рисков в системе бюджетных закупок.English Abstract: The article deals with the insurance of responsibility during the implementation of the certain road projects of Vladimir region financed at the expense of the budgetary target programs as the main way to manage risk. We define the significant advantages of insurance in comparison with other methods of the risk decrease. We give the author's classification of risks in the system of the budgetary purchases.
