The paper outlines a comprehensive framework for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, emphasizing the importance of proactive strategies in addressing potential disruptions. Diversification of suppliers and transportation routes, technological investments, insurance coverage, and enhanced collaboration are highlighted as key mitigation measures.
