Abstract
The introduction of ISO 9001:2015 standards into widespread clinical practice is one of the priorities for managing the quality of medical care. The risk-oriented approach is an essential component of standardization under the ISO system. The article proposes an algorithm for managing patient safety risks in a medical organization and general rules for developing a corrective risk program.
