Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.With the rapid development of the marine tourism economy and the gradual rise of offshore, oceanfront, and oceanside hotels based on marine tourism projects, economic risks for hotels have become a research hotspot of hotel management. This paper first analyzes the risk identification for oceanside hotels based on ocean tourism projects and then studies the economic risk evaluation of oceanside hotels based on ocean tourism projects. Then, the economic risk management is analyzed, and finally the management mode of oceanside hotels is studied based on ocean tourism projects.
