Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. Analyzes the risk level of education of teachers in the school network Phokaram. 2. Compare the risk level of education of teachers by sex, age, education and work experience. 3. Guidelines on the management of risk, the teaching of teachers in the school network Phokaram. The samples consisted of administrators, teachers, students and education committee of 186 people, derived by proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument were a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one way analysis of variance and content analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The analysis of risk management, the teaching of teachers. Overall compliance was high. The considering each side in order from the most to least three references that information technology, measurement and evaluation of learning and strategic / strategic respectively. 2. Compare risk levels of the learning and teaching of teachers by sex, age, education and found the overall experience a different level of statistical significance. 05. 3. The analysis approach to managing risk, the teaching of teachers in the school network Phokaram found that most of the risk management, risk control and risk monitoring for recurrence. The development of training to increase the knowledge in their respective fields. Supervise and monitor ongoing risk management. The transfer of risk on certain issues. Consulting and avoid risks that affect or impact the teaching and psychological consequences.
