Abstract

Carrying out the life cycle management of power distribution equipment assets is essential to ensure reliability and economy of incremental power distribution pilot projects. Key influencing factors for the realization of life cycle management of distribution equipment assets were studied and clarified, including data comprehensiveness, information convenience, scientific decision-making, collaborative efficiency, and operation and maintenance leanness. Based on the risk matrix method, risk assessment model for life cycle management of power distribution equipment assets optimized by risk average value was carried out. Through a case study, the risk level of life cycle management of distribution equipment assets in incremental distribution pilot projects were estimated, and optimization strategies were put forward.
