Abstract

Objective To analyze the risk factors of placental abruption in patients with preeclampsia. Methods Fifty-six patients with preeclampsia in hospital were selected, 13 cases of placental abruption as the observation group, and 43 cases of placental abruption as control group, the risk factors for placental abruption were comparatively analyzed. Results Single factor analysis showed that gestational age, birth history, serum creatinine, indirect bilirubin, urea nitrogen and fibrinogen were the risk factors of placental abruption in patients with preeclampsia (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the history of labor and creatinine were independent risk factors for placental abruption in patients with preeclampsia, while fibrinogen was a protective factor (P<0.05). Conclusions To understand the history of pregnancy in patients with preeclampsia and to examine the levels of creatinine and fibrinogen can screen high risk pregnant women with placental abruption and conduce to carry out the targeted interventions, and improve the pregnancy outcome. Key words: Preeclampsia; Placental abruption; Risk factors
