Abstract
The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge on the state of risk communication regarding COVID-19 to promote detailed policies from a long-term perspective by clarifying through dialogue the opinions of related parties and minorities who are often buried in statistics. The research method was online group workshops and analysis of dialogue transcripts.Between April 2020 and February 2021, dialogues were held on overall general themes (general public type) and individual specific themes (related party type), and general and thematic issues related to COVID-19 were categorized to form a sketch of the overall. Furthermore, the method of dialogue was organized as "Sketch Dialogue" and generalized.
